FLAX/CHIA EGG
Makes 1 egg equivalent
Ingredients:

1 Tbsp ground flax or ground chia
2 Tbsp water

Instructions:
​
Add ground flax or chia in a small bowl, then add water and stir until it becomes a thick consistency. Add this in replacement for an egg when baking.
​

​
*Keep your flax seed or chia seeds in the freezer, this will preserve the Omega-3's from going rancid and give you more time to use it.
​
Use white chia seeds, or golden flax seeds if you want your 'egg' to blend better with your baked item.
